I peer around the room, shrinking into myself as Cain covers me.
Several white, round machines blink and float in the air. Are those security robots?
Somehow, they give off a dangerous air, their red orbs of light like eyeballs blinking and glowing.
Rustica: They’ve been set to high alert. Seems like something happened......
(Alarms ringing)
Security robot: Intruder alert, intruder alert.
We have permission to shoot. Intruders will be shot on sight.
Cain: They sure are impatient!? Everyone, lay down......!
(Bang)
Akira: Whoa......! Ah.......! If I’m a robot, maybe I won’t die even if I’m shot??
Rustica: ......Something is strange here......! The lab’s security robots shouldn’t be shooting away at humans like that......
Cain: ......Wait here!
Chloe: Where are you going, Cain!
Cain: To stop those machines!
Rustica: D-don’t be reckless!
Heathcliff: Cain, Shino will back you up. Go, Shino!
(Bark)
At Heathcliff’s signal, a dog-shaped robot leaps out.
It dashes across the room, perfectly in sync with Cain.
As Cain fires off shots while he runs, the dog-shaped robot by his side takes a flying leap at the security robots.
Judging from his prowess at shooting, Cain is indisputably a fine police officer.
In no time, the security robots have all been rendered motionless.
Chloe: Amazing, Cain! Heathcliff, your Shino too!
Heathcliff: Thanks. You’re being praised, Shino.
(Woof woof)
Chloe: What does he look like in humanoid form?
Heathcliff: Ah...... I have a picture, would you like to see?
Akira: Wow, he’s so cool.
Rustica: What a cute boy.
Cain: You can save the chatter for later! Let’s hurry this way!
Akira: ...........! All these doors are suddenly opening up!
Rustica: ......That will trigger errors in the units which haven’t been registered and cause them to escape from the lab......
Chloe: Ah! I hear voices coming from that direction!
Cain: ......Voices asking for help...... Let’s go!

Chloe: All the lab workers have been shut into a locked room! What on earth......
Heathcliff: ......It doesn’t look like their oxygen has been cut off, and there are no poisonous fumes in the air.

He said that he was going to load all the Assist-Roids with something called the Cardia system......

Researcher: ......He went that way!
Cain: Thanks! I’ll definitely save you guys too! Let’s go, Rustica!
Rustica: Y-yes.
Security robot: Intruder alert, intruder alert.
Akira: ............! There are way more security robots than before......!
Cain: ......Can Shino and I protect everyone with just the two of us?
Right as we’re about to be completely surrounded by security robots......

Bradley: Run! I’ll cover you guys!
Cain: ............! Boss......!
Bradley: I got a bad feeling when I saw your airbike and came over to check things out, and look what I found. Honestly, you’re such a handful.
Cain: Brad! There's something I want to ask you later! It’s about the Cardia System...
Bradley: I told you to remember your manners, you twerp!
Cain: Well, you’re the one who went around hiding things from me! I trusted you!
